摘要
提出了一种由 AutoCAD二维图形直接生成数控火焰切割机加工代码的方法:通过提取零件图形轮廓几何数据,判断零件轮廓旋转方向和内外轮廓,从而判断刀具补偿方式,自动生成数控加工代码。在AutoCAD平台下,利用Autolisp语言和DCL对话框工具研制开发了二维零件计算机辅助制造(CAM)实验系统。
A method of generating cutting codes for numerical-controlled flame cutter directly from AutoCAD 2-D drawings is proposed. It analyzes the geometrical data, the turning, the inside or outside properties of the 2D part drawing, and chooses the cutter compensation method and generates automatically the cutting codes. The 2D-parts computer aided manufacturing (CAM) experimental system is developed by Autolisp and DCL.
