摘要
就燃煤电厂电除尘器高压静电场及火花放电作用下的荷电粉煤灰对水力输灰系统结垢的影响进行了研究。通过正交试验得出了粉煤灰荷电是影响结垢的主要因素之一。进一步通过试验研究了电场作用时间对fCaO、[Ca2+]、pH值、CaCO3生成量及其生成速率的影响规律。研究结果对水力输灰系统的设计及应用具有一定的参考价值。
The impacts of electrification of FA by high voltage electrostatic and spark discharge in electrostatic precipitator on scale growth in wet ash transport systems are studied. The orthogonal experiments indicate the scale is substantially caused by electrification of FA. The impacts of electrification of FA on the growth of active CaO, [Ca2+], pH, and CaCO3 are also studied experimentally. The results are of importance for the design and operation of the wet ash transport systems.
