摘要
目的采用正交分析的方法对补阳还五汤加味水煎剂进行筛选及分析,探索丹参,水蛭,益母草可能的作用机理。方法按正交表的设计将72只雌性Wistar大鼠分为8个组,分别给予不同的方剂组合并观察大鼠全血比粘度、血浆血栓烷B_2(TXB_2)、红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)等各项指标。结果水蛭能显著增强补阳还五汤,降低全血比粘度及TXB-2的作用,丹参则能显著增强补阳还五场提高SOD,降低LPO的作用。结论丹参,水蛭可能通过不同途径增强补阳还五汤的作用。
Objects Good effect has been observed after the use of Buyang Huanwu Decoction, which Contains three chinese herb herbs to treat pelvic congestion syndrome for sudy its mechanism, We analysised the effect of the Sthree herb by orthogonal design.Methods seventy- two Wistar rats were divided into 8 groups, and different treatments are ased in each group.The changes of blood viscosity.TXB2 in plasma SOD in red blood cell and LPO in serum of rat were examined. Results The results show that Hirudo can increase the effect of BHD' s effect by reducing blood viscosity and TXB2 level in plasm; salvia can keep SOD in high level and reduce the LPO significanly.Leonurus has very little effect.Conclusion: Salvia and Hinudo increase the effect of BHD through different ways.
