他汀类药物与骨质疏松症 被引量:6

摘要 近年研究发现他汀类药可激活骨形态形成蛋白 (BMP) 2基因 ,而BMP 2可促进成骨细胞分化 ,将他汀类药加入培养的新生颅骨内 ,可见成骨细胞数目增加 2~ 3倍。同时发现服用他汀类药的绝经后妇女 ,其腰椎及股骨颈骨密度明显增加 ,骨折危险明显降低。因此 。
