摘要
目的探讨超短波在治疗小儿肺炎中的作用。 方法应用MODELK -5 0超短波电疗机 ,对 5 4例不同年龄的小儿肺炎患者在药物治疗的同时增加每日一次的超短波治疗。 结果一疗程 ( 10d)后 ,治愈率达 81%,显效率 15 %,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论超短波可能通过增加肺组织的血液循环和淋巴回流 ,加速组织的修复 ,提高局部组织的药物浓度 ,增强机体体液免疫和细胞免疫功能 ,使多种生物学效应迭加 ,在治疗小儿肺炎时可作为常规的辅助治疗。
Objective To investigate the function of ultrashort waves in the treatment of pneumonia in children. Methods With the instrument of MODEL K-50 ultrashort waves electrotherapy was used in 54 children with pneumonia of different ages, with drugs, once a day. Results after 10d treatment, the rate of recovery rate was 81%, remarkable effect 15%, higher than imedication alone (P<0.01). Conclusion Ultrashort waves can promote blood and lymph circulation in the lung, accelerate the tissue repair, increase local tissue drug concentration, enhance humoral function and cellular immunity in the body, and overlap different biological efficiency. It can be used as a regular adjunct therapy in child pneumonia.
