双钳夹治疗含有后踝骨折的踝关节骨折脱位并下胫腓分离

Double clamping for the treatment of posterior malleolar fracture of the ankle associated with distal tibiofibular separation

目的 探讨一种治疗含有后踝骨折的踝关节骨折脱位并下胫腓分离的方法。方法 采用傅光瑞等研制的活柄式钳夹对含有后踝骨折的踝关节骨折脱位并下胫腓分离 36例 (38踝 )进行治疗。结果 随访 34例 (36踝 ) ,随访时间平均 2 6个月 ,优 2 8踝、良 5踝 ,优良率达 91 7%。结论 该疗法创伤小、固定牢靠 ,符合踝关节的弹性生理标准 ,是含有后踝骨折的踝关节骨折脱位并下胫腓分离的较佳治疗方法。

Objective To study the method for the treatment of posterior malleolar fracture associated with distal tibiofibular separation Methods 36 cases (38 ankles) of posterior malleolar fracture of the ankle associated with distal tibiofibular separation were treated with Fus movable handled clamps.Results 34 case (36 ankles) were followed up (average 26 months).Of them,28 cases had excellent and 5 good results (the excellent good rate was 91 7%).Conclusion The method has the advantages of minimal invasion and firm stabilization.It coincides with the elastic physiologic standard of the ankle joint and therefore it is a method of selection for the treatment of posterior malleolar fracture of the ankle associated with distal tibiofibular separation.
