猫松果腺提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响

连续注射猫松果腺提取物(MSTQW),观察其对免疫缺陷小鼠免疫功能的影响,结果表明,MSTQW对免疫器官肝、脾、胸腺的增重作用明显(P<0.01),能增强小鼠抗疲劳能力(P<0.01);淋巴细胞比例升高(P<0.01),噬酸性白细胞、噬中性白细胞比例降低(P<0.01),巨噬细胞吞噬功能显著增强(P<0.01),T淋巴细胞形成率、半数溶血素值上升(P<0.01)。提示出MSTQW对免疫缺陷小鼠的整体免疫功能具有显著的恢复作用。

Injecting extralt of pineal gland of cat continuously in0.4ml (0.4dose unit),to study the effect of immune on mouse。The rsult showed,that weight of liver,spleen or thymus indesnuber increased significantly(P<0.01);the lymphocyte prortion most heighten significantly(P<0.01),but acidlity leucocyte proprtion de-creased;the faction of phagoyte vitality of lymphocyte and half value of serum hemolysit increase significantly(P<0.01).
