花椰菜F_2花球性状杂种优势的预测 被引量:1

摘要 根据朱军提出的加性—显性遗传模型 ,分析了 7个花椰菜亲本、2 0个F1 组合的花球性状的资料 ,并预测了各组合F2 杂种优势的表现。结果表明 ,花球性状主要受显性效应控制 ,具有很强的杂种优势 ,某些组合甚至具有较强的F2 Seven parents of cauliflower and 20 F 1s were analyzed in their head traits according to a genetic model of additive-dominance. F 1 heterosis were predicted by using the data of parent and F 2. The results indicated that head traits were mainly controlled by dominance effects and with larger heterosis, some combinations were with larger F 2 heterosis.
