摘要
通过对公共设施用地划分的中美比较 ,和对上海用地分类改革的分析 ,指出了计划经济对我国公共设施用地分类的影响 ;探讨了市场经济条件下 ,对公共设施用地进行分类的原则。
By comparison of the land use classification for public facilities between China and the U.S., as well as the analysis of Shanghai's revision of its land use classifications, the paper highlights the impact of the planned economy on the land use classification for public facilities and discusses the basic principles of classification under the market economy.
