摘要
本文用普通数码摄像机结合计算机图像处理技术 ,实现了对明渠恒定流水面流速的测量 ,并将测量结果与通过流量测定、计算获得的断面平均流速进行了比较 ,验证了方法的可行性。
Using commercial digital video camera and digital image processing technology, a new method to measure the velocity of steady flow in an open channel is proposed. Results of the experiment are compared with the average velocities on same sections, which are calculated from flow rate. This method is verified reliable.
