玻璃幕墙安全性能现场检测评估技术探讨

玻璃幕墙是由金属构件、幕墙玻璃与结构密封胶材料组成的建筑外围护结构体系 ,具有现代建筑的装饰效果 ,近20年在我国得到广泛应用 ,但玻璃幕墙的使用安全性能问题 ,在我国也受到关注。文中介绍了国内外玻璃幕墙的检测状况 ,采用现场检测评估技术 ,对已建幕墙工程进行现场试验、检测、分析 ,综合评价幕墙玻璃、结构胶、玻璃幕墙整体结构的使用安全性能及对建筑的影响因素。

The glass curtain wall is a building external envelope system consisting of metal constituent unit, curtain wall glass and structural sealing glue. It has decorative effect for modern building and has been widely used in recent 20 years in China. But people also show solicitude for the safety problem of the glass curtain wall. This paper presents the detection state for glass curtain wall at home and abroad and comprehensively evaluates using safety and affecting factor to building of curtain wall glass, structural glue and integral construction after test, detection and analysis for built curtain wall on site by means of site detection and evaluation technique.
