本文介绍了第三水厂原投加净水剂情况和技术改造后的状况 ,着重从理论和实践两方面论证了技术改造中使用零耗恒流给液器 ,不仅更好地保证了出厂水水质 ,而且降低了药耗 。

In this paper, state of the alum doing of the NO.3 water plant before and after technical reformation was introduced. From the theoretical and practical point of view to equip a constant flow liquid feeder, not only the water quality was guaranteed but the reagent consumption was droped down also, this measure is ecnomical, practical and ought to be popularized.
