反渗透运行影响因素分析与调整对策

Analysis of Related Factors in Operation of RO-System and Regulation Countermeasures

本文对淄博嘉周热电有限公司反渗透系统运行中因水源的变化、预处理工艺过于简单、设备上的缺陷、药剂影响等造成的渗透膜污堵快 ,清洗频繁等而严重影响安全运行的原因进行了分析 ,采取了调整措施 ,确保了反渗透的安全稳定运行 。

In this paper author analyzed the variation of raw water quality, rough of pre-treatment processes and shortcomings of equipments in RO-system of Zibo Jiazhou and concluded that due to these factors, operation periods of RO-menbrane shortened, cleaning and washing conducted more frequently and thus safty in production damaged. After regulation countermeasures were taken, RO-system of this Co. was operated in good order.
