This paper presents a concise and comprehensive introduction of a computer network system for collection of natural gas fees from general consumers and its management in Tianjin. Technologies relating to the exploration of the system are explained in detail, including its design concept, programming, adjustment and testing, functions and characteristics etc. . Finally, its operation efficiency is analysed.
