摘要
采用浸渍法 ,制备了用于合成吲哚的 Cu/ Si O2 催化剂 .研究了不同载体和活性组分 Cu对苯胺和乙二醇一步合成吲哚反应的催化活性 .发现 γ- Al2 O3 、活性炭、Na- Y,Si O2 - Mg O、MCM41、Si O2 6种载体中 ,Si O2 是最好的载体 ;催化剂活性组分 Cu含量为 0 .6 8mm ol/ g Si O2 时 ,吲哚的收率高达 88% .考察了水蒸汽、氢气、反应温度及接触时间等因素对反应性能的影响 ,并对催化剂进行了 TG测试 ,得到了 Cu/ Si O2
Cu/SiO-2 catalysts for the direct synthesis of indole with aniline and ethylene glycol were prepared by wet impregnation method. The effects of support and copper loading on the activity and selectivity of the catalysts were studied. It was found that among γ-Al-2O-3, AC, Na-Y, SiO-2-MgO, MCM41 and SiO-2, SiO-2 is the best support. Reaction conditions for synthesizing indole were optimized.
