摘要
在硼砂介质中 ,利用氨三乙酸活化 Mn( )催化 KIO4 氧化茜素紫 3B褪色的指示反应 ,建立了催化光度法测定痕量锰的新方法。方法的线性范围为 0 .0 30— 6 .0μg/ L ,检出限为 1.0× 10 -11g/ m L ,用于水样和茶叶中锰的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace manganese(Ⅱ) was developed.The method is based on the catalytic effect of manganese(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of alizarin violet 3B by potassium periodic acid in the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator in borax medium.The linear range of the method is 0.030-6.0μg/L for manganese.The detection limit is 1 0×10 -11g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace manganese in water and tea with satisfactory results.
