摘要
本文研究了显色剂 N-烯丙基 - N′- (氨基对苯磺酸钠 )硫脲 (ASATu)与银的显色反应。在 0 .3mol/ L的氨水溶液中 ,银 ( )与 ASATu形成稳定的 1∶ 1茶色水溶性配合物 ,最大吸收波长为 4 10 nm,表观摩尔吸收系数为 4 .5× 10 4 L· mol-1· cm-1;银的浓度在 0— 0 .6 mg/ L范围内服从比耳定律。本法具有显色稳定 ,选择性好 ,操作简单等优点。可用于阳极泥和地质样品中银的测定 ,其结果及回收率令人满意。
A method of spectrophotometric determination of microamount Ag(Ⅰ) with ASATu is proposed.In 0.3mol·L -1 NH 3·H 2O solution,Ag + reacts with ASATu to form a 1∶2 stable brown-colored water soluble complex with an apparent molar absorptivity of ε 410=4 5×10 4L·mol -1·cm -1 at 410nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-0.6mg/L Ag(Ⅰ).The method has been applied to determination of Ag(Ⅰ) in anode mud and ore with satisfactory results.
