摘要
采用常规水蒸气蒸馏法提取出水蔓菁精油 ,经气相色谱 质谱联机分析 ,分离出 4 0多个峰 ,鉴定出 4 1种化合物。主要是 4 亚甲基 1 ( 1 甲基乙基 ) 环己烯、β 蒎烯、1S α 蒎烯、β 水芹烯、β 月桂烯、大根香叶烯 D等 ,占总峰面积的 97%。
The essential oil in veronica linariifolia was extracted by steam distillation approaches. The oil obtained was dried with anhydrous magnesium sulfate. According to the analysis of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, more than 40 peaks were separated and 41 compounds were identified. The identified constituents represent 97% of the peak area of the essential oil. The main compounds were cyclohexene,4-methylene,1-[1-methylethyl]-, β-pinene, 1S-α-pinene, β-phellandrene, β-myrcene and germacrene-D, etc.
