摘要 在 0 .0 5mol LHAc NaAc(pH 4 .97)介质中 ,Mo 二溴茜素紫 (DBV)络合物在 2 .5次微分极谱图上产生良好的吸附还原波 ,其峰电位为 -0 .33V。其峰电流与Mo 浓度在 5 .0× 1 0 - 8~ 5 .4× 1 0 - 6mol L范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 8.0× 1 0 - 9mol L。应用该法测定了豆类样品和钢样中的微量钼 ,获得了满意的结果。研究了络合物的组成。 In a buffer solution of 0.05 mol/L HAc-NaAc(pH 4.97), the complex of molybdenum-dibromoalizarin violet (DBV) was adsorbed on the surface of mercury electrode and produced a reduction peak at -0. 33 V ( vs. SCE). The detection limit and the linear range of the concentration of MOD to the single-sweep 2.5 th-order derivative osilloplarographic peek current (e(p)(circle)) were 8.0x10(-9) mol/L and 5.0x10(-8)similar to5.4x10(-6) mol/L Mo(VI), respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of trace Mo in bean and steel samples with satisfactory results. The mechanism of the eletrode process has also been studied.
