摘要
对自行研制的铜制滤纸基质低温荧光 ( 光 )测定的样品支架 ,进行了滤纸基质固体表面低温荧光测定的可行性研究。与同类冷冻装置和室温测定装置比较 ,本装置用于滤纸基质固体表面低温荧光 ( 光 )测定具有以下优点 :样品的分析周期大大地缩短 ,由 4 5min缩短为 5~ 6min;装置简单、便宜耐用 ;操作简便 ,简化了室温测定时的滤纸干燥程序 ;应用范围广 ;方法的重现性好 ,检样分析结果的相对标准偏差RSD %小于1 0 % ;荧光 ( 光 )分析灵敏度高 ,检出限低 。
A home-made filter paper sample holder, which is made of copper, is presented as a means for cooling sample adsorbed onto filter paper in the low temperature molecular luminescence spectrometry. The possibility using the home-made filter paper as a substrate for solid surface low temperature luminescence determination was investigated. This system was found to have several advantages over other sample cooling systems: (1) The analysis period for each sample was much shorter than any other cooling systems. For example, in the microminiature refrigeration system it takes 45 min for the analysis of each sample, while the time needed was reduced to 5similar to6 min in this device. (2) The system was compact and inexpensive. (3) The operation was simpler and easier, and the drying process of the filter paper sample was predigested. (4) Smaller volume and smaller size of analytical sample was used. ( 5) The relative standard deviation was less than 10%, which was acceptable for spotting sample processing. (6) The sensitivity of measurement could be greatly improved.
