醒脑静注射液对小鼠记忆功能的保护作用

Protective effect of xingnaojing on dysmnesia in mice

目的 :观察醒脑静注射液 (XNJI)对小鼠记忆功能的保护作用。方法 :采用东莨菪碱及短暂性脑缺血的方法制备小鼠记忆功能障碍的模型 ,跳台法和避暗法测试其被动回避能力。结果 :XNJI可明显延长小鼠的潜伏期 ,减少错误次数。结论 :XNJI对东莨菪碱及短暂性脑缺血导致的小鼠学习记忆功能障碍有明显保护作用。

Objective: To investigate effects of XNJI on the ability of memory in mice. Methods: The dysmnesia models of acquired memory induced by scopolamine, retention of memory by cerebral ischemia reperfusion were used. Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury preduced in conscious mice by obstructing and decompressing bilateral common carolid arteries. The learning and memory function of mice was studied by step down test and step through test. Results: XNJI at the dosage of 0.5, 1ml/kg ip would significantly decrease the numbers of error in step down test ofmice impaired by scopola mine. XNJI at the dosag of 5, 2.5ml/kg ip would increase the latency and decrease the numbers or error in step through test of mice impaired by cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Conclusion: It was suggested that XNJI possessed obvious improvement effects on ability of memory in dysmnesia mice.
