摘要 目的 探讨放射性核素188Re标记抗鼻咽癌 (NPC)单抗BAC5的方法及188Re -BAC5对鼻咽癌进行免疫导向治疗的可行性 .方法 188Re -BAC5的制备采用直接标记法 ,采用MTT法观察188Re -BAC5对体外单层培养的鼻咽癌细胞 (CNE - 2 )的抑制作用 ,对照组为188Re-BSA、188ReO4 -.结果 188Re -BAC5的标记率在 80 %以上 ,MTT法结果表明188Re-BAC5组的抑瘤率比对照组明显提高 (p <0 .0 5 ) .结论 提示188Re Objective To investigate the feasibility of targeted therapy on NPC with 188Re-BAC 5. Methods BAC 5 is a kind of monoclonal antibody to NPC.The 188Re-BAC 5 was prepared by direct labeling way.The MTT method was used to determine the inhibitive effect of the 188Re-BAC 5.The control group were 188Re-BSA and 188ReO 4 -. Results The labeling yield of 188Re-BAC 5 was above 80%.The results of MTT showed that the inhibitive effects of 188Re-BAC 5 group was much stronger than that of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusions 188Re-BAC 5 possibly provides a promising may of targeted therapy on NPC in the near future.
