摘要
目的 :探讨九节菖蒲对胃电活动的影响及机制。方法 :用 ND- 82 B八道脑电图机记录胃肠电活动的变化 ,分别用 α、β、Μ 受体阻断剂酚妥拉明、心得安、阿托品观察其对胃电活动的影响。结果 :九节菖蒲可使胃快、慢波频率 ,振幅明显降低。而该作用在 Μ 受体阻断后可消失。结论 :九节菖蒲抑制作用是通过胆碱能 Μ 受体及非胆碱能受体实现的 ,与肾上腺素能的 α。
Objective:To research the effect of Anemone altaica Fisch.ex.C.A May on the gut myoelectric activity in rats.Methods:The gut myoelectric activity was recorded with 8-channel BEG machine, and the α,β,Μ receptor was blocked by the hentolamine, propranolol and atropine.Results:The Anemone altaica Fisch.ex.C.A May could decrease the amplitude, frequence and spike rate of the fast wave and slow wave of the gut, these functions disappeared after M receptor was blocked.Conclusion:The inhibitive function of the Anemone altaica Fisch.ex.C.A May are medicated by choline Μ-receptor and non-choline Μ-receptor, and does nothing with adrenaline α,β receptor.
