规范中医“证”与辨证”的概念 ,势在必行。认为“证”是中医关于病人信息的综合征象 ,是对人体的疾病发生、发展过程某一时段性生理病理的概括 ;中医从“辨”到“证”的诊断过程 ,是将关于病人的任何信息进行分析、综合 ,概括出疾病处于某一时段的病因、病位、性质及邪正之间的关系等情况 ,并确定为某种病或证 ,为“论治”

It's very important to unify the concept of 'Syndrome' and 'Differentiation of Symptom and signs' in traditional Chinese medicine. 'Syndrome' means the overall symptom of a patient, it's the physiological and pathologic summary of the illness's beginning and development; 'Differentiation of Symptom and Signs' refers to the diagnosis course, after analyzing the overall message about the patient, synthesizing and summaring the reason, locus, nature and relationship of irregular and regular, then make sure the illness or syndrome. It's the principle and basis of the treatment method.
