摘要
交界型大疱性表皮松解症是先天性大疱性表皮松解症 3型之一 ,临床表现复杂 ,分为多个亚型 ,表现为轻微外伤后出现水疱、糜烂、愈后遗留萎缩性瘢痕 ,电镜下示裂隙位于基底膜透明板。现就交界型大疱性表皮松解症临床分型、电镜下超微结构、致病基因、基因诊断和基因治疗等方面的近年文献予以综述。
