摘要
Z型高温无机粘结剂为主要由AI_2O_3,SiO_2,ZnU和P_20_5等组成的粘稠透明液体.用它代替酚醛树脂拈粘结镁碳质不定型耐火材料,加压成型后,抗压强度≥29. 4MPa,1200'C洪烤冷却后,抗析强度≥5. 88MPa,常压成型后,抗压强度可达5. 51MPa以上。1550~1650'C汤马炉中电炉白渣侵蚀试样的波谱、能谱分析结果表明,用Z型高温无机粘结剂粘结镁碳质不定型耐火材料,采用高压成型,能满足对镁碳质材料粘结成型和提高冶金炉炉龄要求。
Z-Type lnotganie Bondig Agent used at high tem-perature is in a state of viscous and transparent liquid,which is mainly composed of A1_2O_3,sio_2 Zno and P_2O_3.When the indefinite Pattern MgO---C refractory, which is cohered by Z-Type Inorganic Bonding Agent instead of phenolic resin,is shaped under high pressure,the rnmpressive strength is 29. 4 MPa. when it is shaped by hand,the compressive strength is 5. 51 MPa.After it heated to 1200~0C and cooled to room tempera-lure, the bending strength of the sample is 5. 88 MPa.The sample were subjected to corrosive test in a thomas‘urnace by synthetic slag at 1550`C to 1650`C and then the corroded sample were examined by wave spectrum and photo--electron energy spcctzum techniques.The results stewed that it is possible to uses Z type Inorganic Bonding Agent instead of phenols resin.
