胃腺癌发生过程中Fas、Bcl-2蛋白的表达变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨 Fas、Bcl- 2基因在胃癌发生中的意义。方法 用免疫组化 ABC方法检测 4 8例胃腺癌组织 ,74例非癌胃粘膜组织。结果 不典型增生组织及癌组织中 Fas蛋白表达率较正常 ,胃粘膜上皮中显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。中、高分化胃癌中 Fas蛋白阳性表达率显著高于低分化癌 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 Bcl- 2阳性表达在高分化癌中显著低于低分化癌 (P<0 .0 5 )。本组 Fas和 Bcl- 2呈负相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论  Fas、Bcl- 2蛋白表达变化发生在胃粘膜癌变的早期阶段 ,并与胃癌的进展及预后密切相关。 Objective To study the role of Fas?Bcl -2 gene in the carcin ogenesis of gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression of Fa s?Bcl-2 prote in in the Cancer tissues from 48 patients and noncarcirous tissues from 74 patie nts were detected with immunohistochemical method.Results The e xpression of Fas protein in dysphasia and Cancer tissue decreased significantly as compared to t hat in the normal epithelia(P<0.05).The expression in cancer of grade Ⅲ was higher than that in cancer of grade Ⅰ(P<0.05 ).The expressions of Fas and Bcl-2 protein were closely related(P<0.05).Conclusion The alterations of Fas and Bcl-2 prote in were presen t early in Carcinogenesis of gastric adenocarcinoma,and might be closely relate d to the progress and prognosis of the Cancer.
