眼眶炎性假瘤的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Orbital Inflammatory Pseudotumor

目的 探讨眼眶炎性假瘤的 CT特征。方法 对 8例经手术病理或临床随诊证实的眼眶炎性假瘤的 CT表现作回顾性分析。结果 肿块型 4例 ,3例单侧发病 ,1例双侧发病 ,位于眼球后方 ,密度不均 ,边界不清 ;泪腺炎型 2例 ,均为泪腺区软组织肿块 ,密度均匀 ,边界清楚 ;肌炎型 1例 ,单侧发病 ,左内直肌增粗伴同侧副鼻窦炎 ;弥漫型 1例 ,左侧眶内球后弥漫性病变 ,密度不均 ,眶内结构分界不清。结论 眼眶炎性假瘤的 CT表现有一定的特点 ,CT能明确病变部位、范围和对炎性假瘤的分型。

Objective To explore the CT features of orbital inflammatory pseudotumor.Methods The CT findings of eight orbital inflammat ory pseudotumos Fconfirmed by surgery,pathology,and clinical follow-ups were analyzed retrosp ect ively.Results Inflammatory pseudotumors were classified into fo ur types:mass,dacryadenitis,myitis and diffuse pseudotumor.①Four cases showed m ass in retrobulbar soft tissue.②Two dacryadenitis cases demonstrated soft tissu e shadow locared in lacrimal gland.③One myitis case presented as enlargement of extraocular musc le.④One case displayed diffuse orbital inflammatory soft tissue.Conclus ion Orb ital inflammatory pseudotumor had its own characteristic CT findings.CT scan cou ld clearly demonstrate the location,extent and types of inflammatory pseudotumor
