低毒耐水脲醛树脂胶的研制

Development of a Low Poisonous Waterproof Urea Formaldehyde Adhesive

本文提出一种脲醛树脂的合成方法:采用降低甲醛和尿素的摩尔比;加入改性物质聚乙烯醇;采用中低温合成工艺;在脲醛树脂的分子中引入尿素的环状衍生物。测试结果表明用该合成方法可降低脲醛树脂中游离甲醛含量,提高树脂的耐水性。

A synthesis-lowering the mole ratio between formaldehyde and urea,adding polyvinyl alcohol,an improving material,using medium-low temperature synthesis and introducing the cycle derivative of urea into the molecular of urea-formaldehyde resin-for a ureaformaldehyde resin is presented in this paper. Experimental results have shown that the cyclic formaldehyde content of the urea-formaldehyde resin synthesized with the method was reduced and the waterproof of it was proved.
