光透性胶粘剂的研制

摘要 作为光透性胶粘剂,必须均匀,对光具有低的吸收,和被粘接材料的折射率相当。聚氨酯为嵌段共聚物,微晶区尺寸小,不致引起光散射,利用折射度和化学结构相联系的可加和性质,改变嵌段共聚物的组成结构和链段长度,使之成为无定形结构,折光指数和被粘接的材料相当。用在普通玻璃的粘接试验表明,它有高的透光性。 The transparent adhesive must be homogeneous and low in absorption of light,and its refrangibility must be same as that of the material to be bonded. Polyurethane is a block polymer and its microcrystalline region is so small that it can not lead to light scattering. The structure and chain length of the block polymer are changed using additivity related to both refraction and chemical structure, it is made to be in amorphous structure and its index of refraction is same as that of the material to be bonded. The experiment made with common glass showed that this adhesive has good transparence.
