Prob into the Synthetical Method to Calculate the Working Payment of Enterprise

本文阐述了传统计酬方法在当代市场经济条件下的不足 ,运用数理的方法分析了产量———质量的综合计酬 ,在此基础上提出一种新的综合计酬方法 ,即产量———质量———收益综合计酬法 ,通过论证导出综合计酬的模型 ,并举例进行计算和说明。

In this paper, we expound the insuffciency of the traditional method to calculate the working payment in the condition of market economy, and use mathematical method to analyse the synthetical calculation of'output-quality'. On this base, we put forward a new synthetical method of calculating payment, that is the synthetical method of 'output-quality-income',demonstrate and express the model of the synthetical calculating payment, and give an example for calcuation, and explanation.
