Develop Multipurpose Water Management by Establishing Modern Corporation System

在简要分析水利综合经营作用的基础上 ,针对水利综合经营工作中存在的主要问题 ,对建立现代企业制度、发展水利综合经营这一问题进行了分析探讨。

Since the establishment of PRC, progress has been made at some degree in water conservation in the country, but it is somehow weak when contrasted with that needed for farther evolving national economy. To improve water conservation, multipurpose water management should be introduced. It is proved that modern corporation system is a very important means to develop multipurpose water management. Also this paper studies the task of how multipurpose water management faces the coming of the knowledge economy.
