摘要
本文介绍了一种计算机辅助导弹部位安排系统。该系统利用计算机实体造型技术实现导弹部位安排;利用多面体求交法进行干涉检查;应用两多面体之间点、线、面的分层计算法计算部件间的最小间隙;采用改进的三棱锥分割算法计算部件的质量特性。系统采用人机交互与图形显示技术,在绘图机上输出了二維部位安排图。作为实例,文中介绍了某型导弹一个舱段的部位安排。
A computer aided system for missile arrangement has been presented. The arranging of on-board Parts is realized with solid modeling. In the system, the interference between two parts is detected by the polyhedral intersection algorithm, the minimum distance between two.parts is calculated by the hierarchical polyhedron algorithm. The mass properties of the parts arc calculated by the improved triangular pyramid dividing algorithm. The interactive and graphic technologies are utilized in the system to draw the two-dimension engineering drawing by the plotter. As an example, the arrangement for a cabin of missile has been given.
