摘要
高速轴承失效的主要原因是保持架运动不稳定和破坏。本文系统地分析了高速滚子轴承中保持架的受力模型 ,建立了保持架的动力学运动方程。在求出轴承整体稳定的拟动力学解的基础上 ,利用Runge Kutta方法计算了保持架质心随时间的变化规律 ,并研究了轴承结构参数对保持架运动的影响。
It is main cause of the bearing failure that the cage motion is unsteady and damaged in high speed roller bearing. This paper systematically analyzes the forced model of the cage in the bearing. The dynamics motion equation of the cage is established. On the base of quasi-dynamics solution of the bearing in steady, the instantaneous location of mass center of the cage is found by Runge-Kutta integral method, and the effect of structure parameters of the bearing on cage motion is studied.
