摘要
针对电机转子冷压入装配工艺的可行性进行了研究,提出了一种估算转子冷压装吨位的有效方法,并结合实验数据得出计算吨位的简明、可行的估算公式。
In this paper,a study of the technical feasibility of cold-pressing assembly for generator rotor is discussed,which offers an effective method,simple and applicable formula for estimating the tonnage during cold pressing process based on the experiment.For the selection of the rotor assembly process and process plan-ning of interference fit,this method can be a good reference.
