摘要
运用云纹干涉法对不同匹配 (高匹配和低匹配 )的焊接搭接接头进行试验分析。同时对其进行有限元验证 ,得出不同匹配的焊接搭接接头的应变分布状况 ,低匹配的焊缝应变较小 ,高匹配的焊缝应变较大 ;低匹配的母材应变较大 ,高匹配的母材应变较小。这一研究结果有利于改善焊接搭接接头的力学性能 。
The welded laps joints with different matching were analysed by Moiré interferometry.The finite element was used to prove the experiment results.The strain distributions of different matching lap joint are attained:the strain of the weld metal with lower matching are high, the strain of the weld metal with higher matching are small;the strain of the base metal with lower matching are small,the strain of the base metal with higher matching are high.This result has engineering meaning to improve the mechanical properties of the welded lap joint.
