摘要
通常球墨铸铁与其他铸铁材料一样被认为属于脆性材料 ,断裂韧度应该用线弹性力学理论进行研究。本文发现由于球墨铸铁中的石墨呈球状 ,当裂纹通过石墨时 ,裂纹扩展机理将发生相应的变化 ,结果显示用弹—塑性理论来研究球墨铸铁的断裂韧度是适应和有效的。对可靠度为 95 %球墨铸铁断裂韧度的区间估计进行分析 。
The ductile cast iron and the other cast iron usually belong to the brittleness material. It's the fracture toughness should studied by linear elastic mechanics. This paper found that the graphite in the ductile cast iron is sphere, when the crack traverses the graphite, the mechanism of crack growth will change accordingly too. The results show it is valid and adaptable that using elastic plasticity theory to study ductile cast iron's fracture toughness. The estimate of area of 95 percent reliability ductile cast iron's fracture toughness is analysed, to provide relative data of fracture toughness for project.
