摘要
离心机转鼓强度的传统算法往往偏于保守 ,相关尺寸有较大的富裕 ,影响到离心机的技术经济指标。针对形状复杂的虹吸离心机转鼓 ,在有限元应力分析的基础上 ,建立了转鼓强度整体优化的数学模型 ,并对实际转鼓进行了优化计算。优化结果表明 ,在保证强度、刚度的前提下 ,离心机转鼓质量可下降 10 %。
The tradition algorithm for strength and inflexibility of centrifuge basket is conservative. And so correlation dimensions have enough and to spare. Based on the finite elements stress analysis, a optimized mathematic model for centrifuge basket, which is aimed at the complicated siphon peeler centrifuge basket, is set up. The optimum calculation of practical basket is been done. Considering the strength and inflexibility for centrifuge basket, the results show that the quality of centrifuge basket may be reduced 10% less.
