摘要
插补算法是数控系统中生成加工轨迹的基本程序,插补算法的优劣直接决定了加工过程中的轨迹规划的效率和精度,直接影响工件的加工质量,简单、实用的插补算法对于数控系统是非常必要的。基于这种考虑,本文对开放式数控系统的插补算法进行了大量的分析和研究,在自行研制的数控系统“银河CNC”上进行了实验,最终确立了一种可行的插补算法实现方案。
Interpolation program is the basic program to create machining track in the numerical control system. The level of the Interpolation program determines the efficiency and the precision for the trajectory planning in the process directly.And it also has influence on the quality of the workpiece directly. Therefore, it is quite necessary to find a simple and useful Interpolation program. For that reason, a lot of study and analysis on the Interpolation program for the numeric control system have been done. Experiments have been done on the 'YHCNC'. On the base of it, we have established one feasible Interpolation program to realize the scheme.
