This paper introduced a new oil-blended system in the production line of the polypropylene fibre and clarified its mechanical characteristics and function detailedly. Moreover an idea was put forward that the oil-blended system would be controlled by MITSUBISHI PLC. Testified by practice, the system was a feasible measure because it was very reliable and controlled easily. Besides the controlled program was supplied in the paper.
