摘要
对旋转机械,用柔性联接驱动代替刚性联接驱动。建立了旋转系统运动与柔性联轴器参数的关系。通过对柔性联轴器扭转响应和旋转系统扭转冲击响应的计算分析,发现旋转系统冲击角加速度随柔性联轴器阻尼的增大而减小,随柔性联轴器扭转刚度的减小而减小。说明在旋转系统其他参数不变的情况下,可通过调整柔性连轴器的扭转刚度和阻尼达到对旋转系统冲击运动的控制。
The rigid drive of rotating machinery is replaced by the flexible drive. The relationship between the motion of ro-tating system and the parameters of the flexible jointer is estab-lished. From calculation and analysis of the torsional response of the flexible jointer and the revolving shock response of the rotating system, it is found that the shock angular acceleration of rotating system reduces along with the enlarging of the flexi-ble jointer damping or the decreasing of the flexible jointer stiffness. Therefore, when other parameters of rotating system are unchangeable, adjusting the torsional stiffness and the damping of the flexible jointer can take control of the shock motion of the rotating system.
