摘要
运用经典的哈密顿正则方程,建立了冲击式压实机的参数化动力学模型。以YCT-25冲击式压实机为例,经仿真计算,得到其各个零部件的运动规律。研究结果表明,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。为压实机设计制造提供一定的理论依据,并且为对其进行优化设计奠定了基础。
The parameterized dynamic model of the impact compactor is made based on the classical Hamilton's canonical equations. It is applied on the YCT-25 impact compactor. The motion characters after the simulation are got and they are in accord with the experiments data .The results can offer some reference theory to the design and manufacture of the machine and they are also useful to the optimum of the machine.
