摘要
为了定量评价绿色制造过程对生态环境的影响特征或程度,讨论了绿色制造过程的环境负荷概念。明确定义了等效环境指数(I)、环境因子(EF)和环境负荷(ELV)三个术语。定量给出了具体材料在制造过程的环境影响值。可使定量描述材料制造过程对环境的损伤程度成为可能,有利于人们正确选择和评价材料的制造工艺或过程。最后以材料的热处理为例,计算了某些工艺的环境负荷。
Concept of environmental loading on green manu-facturing is systematically studied. In order to quantitatively assess effects of green manufacturing on ecological environ-ment. The equivalent environment index (I), environmental factor (EF), and environmental loading (ELV) are clearly de-fined, respectively. The definition makes it possible to quanti-tatively assess material manufacturing process. Finally, the environmental loading of some engineering materials in heat treatments are given out.
