摘要
汽车发动机链条的高速多冲特性以及速度与载荷的交变特性,是影响其耐磨性能和多冲抗力的关键因素。汽车发动机链条的主要磨损机制是销轴、套筒零件表层的裂纹生成、扩展与剥落,其磨损曲线的变化规律不同于中低速传动滚子链。保证滚子零件具有足够的强度与塑性,并采用合理的成形工艺,是提高滚子零件多冲抗力的有效方法。
The high-speed multicycle impact and speed, load fluctuant characteristics is a key factor that has influence on resistance to wear and resistance to multicycle impact for automotive engine chain. The main wear mechanism of automotive engine chain is form, extend and flaking of crack for top layer of pin and bush, and its change rule of wear curve is different from medium-low speed drive roller chain's. The effective methods that increases resistance to multicycle impact for roller are to ensure that the roller has sufficient strength and plasticity and to adopt suitable shaped technics.
