摘要
临界转速是离心压缩机转子系统的主要动力参数之一。随着转子系统工作转速的不断提高,现在已经面临超二阶或更高阶临界转速的问题,因此对于高阶临界转速的识别就变得非常重要。应用谐波小波对转子系统试车振动信号进行分析,对转子高阶临界转速进行了分辨识别,结果令人满意。
Critical speed is one of the important dynamic parameters of the rotor system in centrifugal compressor. With the rotational speed increasing, the problem of passing the two or more higher order critical speed is appeared, so it is very important to identify the high-order critical speed of one rotor system during its trial run. The vibration signals of rotor system are analyzed by harmonic wavelet, then the high-order critical speed is identified. The final result is satisfying.
