摘要
对磁力金属带传动的最佳线速度及其影响因素进行分析和数值模拟 ,揭示了最佳线速度随这些因素而变化的规律。结果表明 ,影响磁力金属带传动最佳线速度的因素主要有磁感应强度、初张力及小带轮直径等。由于磁力的作用 ,磁力金属带传动的最佳线速度一般为 40~ 5 0 m/ s,最大极限线速度可达 12 0 m/ s。
The optimal linear velocity and its influence factors of magnetic metal belt transmission are analyzed and simulated numerically, and the laws with which the optimal linear velocity changes with these factors are obtained. The results show that the main factors influencing the optimal linear velocity are magnetic induction intensity, original tensile force and diameter of the smaller belt pulley. It is pointed out that the optimal linear velocity of magnetic metal belt transmission can usually reach 40~50m/s, and the maximum ultimate linear velocity can even reach 120m/s because of the magnetic force
