摘要 研制了一种新型的圆柱—球体三自由度超声电机 ,分析了该电机结构 ,推导了电机输出三自由度旋转运动的机理。该电机采用了三组压电陶瓷元件 ,可在定子上单独激出两个在空间上相互垂直的弯曲振动模态和一个纵向振动模态 ,当这些振动模态中任意两个组合时 ,在定子顶部的圆形平面上任一点产生的椭圆运动可驱动转子绕单轴旋转 ,两两组合即可形成对转子三个自由度转动的驱动。样机的实验结果证明了理论分析的正确。本文内容为该电机的进一步研究提供了理论依据。 An ultrasonic motor with three-degree of freedom (DOF) of a single stator that is a new type ultrasonic motor is made by the authors in this paper. Its structure is presented and the operational principle that can realize three DOF is deduced. Three sets of ceramics can excite the stator to produce two bending vibration modes perpendicular to each other and a longitudinal vibration mode. A particle on the circular plane at the end of stator will generate elliptical motion to drive the spherical rotor to revolve around one axe with the combination of two of these vibration modes, and the motor will realize three DOF revolution in this way. Finally, experiment results prove the theory.
