摘要
分散网络化制造模式对生产控制与调度提出了新的要求。本文主要讨论了在生产实际问题中利用遗传算法实现具有各制造单元间协调功能的生产计划与调度系统。为了把遗传算法应用到实际生产的协调调度环境中 ,我们提出了自己的编码方式 ,在此基础上实现了针对调度问题的遗传算法。并通过 Agent实现异地调度系统之间的协调通信。这一调度系统适合于分布式、自治的控制场合 。
Using genetic algorithm in production control, a job-shop collaborative scheduling system with communication between different production units is implemented. A special encode technique was studied. An intelligent agent is used in communication between two different production units. This collaborative scheduling system allows every production unit to have its own intelligence and self-organization, so it can be used in decentralized manufacturing environment.
