摘要
采用最新 DSP技术设计旋转机械的整机动平衡仪。总结了 DSP理论的发展历程和动平衡仪技术的最新进展。探讨了硬件和软件设计的核心技术 ,重点解决了大数据量存贮和高速处理时序问题 ,并给出了碟式分离机整机动平衡实验过程和结果。
We designed a new overall machine dynamic balancing instrument for rotating machine by the DSP technology. The new development of DSP theory and the method of overall machine dynamic balancing was introduced. To solve the problems of the huge data storage and the rapid processing, we presented the key technology for hardware and software designing. Finally, the process of overall machine dynamic balancing and experiment results for dish centrifugal separator were shown.
