摘要 建立了Nd3+ ∶YAG的 946nm准三能级激光系统的速率方程。指出了端面抽运的准三能级激光系统增益介质存在的最佳长度。讨论了激光阈值、斜效率随a值的变化关系。采用特殊膜系抑制了谱线竞争 ,实现了 946nm的激光振荡。通过优化设计 ,在最大功率为 2W的 80 8nmLD的抽运下 ,获得了最大输出功率为 490mW的 946nm的激光。 Equation for Nd 3+ ∶YAG 946nm quasi thre e level laser system is founded. There is the optimized crystal length when the laser is run as quasi three level s ystem. Relativity between threshold and slope efficiency versus a is discus sed. Special coating is designed to overcome competition, and 946nm laser oscill ation is realized. An optimized 946nm laser device is designed which can output 490mW when it is pumped by 2W 808nm laser.
